means that international callers cannot participate in your standard
conference calls.
However, help is at hand the enhanced conference services allow
you to put a conference service on an 0870 or UK regaional number

Improving Sound Quality |

There are many reasons that you might experience issues with
sound quality in a conference call. To reduce, avoid or eliminate
the problems then try to follow the tips below:
- always call from a quiet location
- try to avoid mobile or cordless phones.
- avoid speakerphones, they tend to pick up background noise.
- always ensure you are parked when using a phone in your car
- when using a public phone then change the one used if problems
persist.
If the problems occurs during the call then
- end the call and dial back into the conference. often this
woill clear the problem.
- try using the "MUTE" function on your phone. Only
when you do not need to speak.
