3 steps to using the Call Conference service.
Using this service up to 10 locations can instantly participate in a
call conference. To setup a conference simply:

Dial 08712775055 and select option
2. This will give you a conference PIN that is yours to keep.

Send your conference participants the date and
time of the conference, the telephone number 08712775055 to
dial and the PIN received in step 1.

At the relevant date and time of the conference
all the participants should dial 08712775055 and
select option 1 to join a conference.
At the prompt they should enter the PIN provided. They will
be joined into the conference.
(New participants are announced to the conference
by a small beep when they join.)

As well as the simple conferencing described above, we can also provide
enhanced conferencing with some or all of the following features:
- Up to 30 participants per conference.
- Specific reserved numbers for conferencing (i.e conference
callers dial 0800, 0870 numbers specific to your company).
- Conference recording for later playback.
- Conference Speakers and Listeners.
- Secure conferences – only allows callers from specific
locations to join.
- Conference moderator facilities – web view of conference – allows
removal of participants, change speakers to listeners etc.
